Hi everyone! Today I’m  gonna talk about the whole semester as a whole. Firstly,  this course really helped me to integrate in technology. We are in the 21st century and I think students from all around the world should use technology for the purpose of their educations. On the other hand, writing a blog used to be unusual thing for me. But thanks to this course, I started blogging and this was really beneficial and fun experience. With the activities and educational tools we have learnt in the class, we can be technological teachers in the future! I really liked to do different types of experiences during the term. We did podcasts, video clips etc..To be honest, maybe the only thing that I want to change about this class may be the timing. This course requires really a lot of time. Hi everyone! It’s me again. Today we are going to talk about ‘’Infographics’’. An  infographic (information graphic) is a representation of information in a graphic format designed to make the data easily understandable at a glance. This week we made our ‘’infographic’’. In my opinion, infographics are beneficial for us as it is a way to combine informations. It helped me to talk about web tools I have used so far. In my infografic, I talked about 3 web tools I have used recently – actually this year- . These are, Padlet , Wiki and RSS. I create my infografic with Piktochart . To be honest, it was quite hard to change all the designs but enjoyable. If you are interested in designing something, I think you love this tool and you can use it if you want to create an infographic. Here’s my Infographic. I hope you like it! Hi everyone! It’s Elif again. Today I am here to talk about creating a movie poster. This week our duty was to create a movie poster based on a book we have read. At first, I have to tell you that , it sounds a little bit terrifying to create a poster. In my experience,   I was frightened when I saw the guidelines. However, when it came to practice, I started to feel excited. I think, It helped met o brainstorm about the book I read a long time ago. On the other hand, It gave me the opportunity to remember that book again. Let’s talk about the poster I created : ) I chose ‘’Clockwork Angel’’ by Cassandra Clare. It is a fantastic book. Hi everyone! It’s me again. This week we are going to talk about a new term. It is called ‘’Digital Story Telling’’. Digital Story Telling is a creative way that gets students involved in language learning. By means of this tool, students can enhance their creativity and also they can use the language actively.On the other hand, thanks to this activity, students can work collaboratively. There are several methods to do ‘’Digital Story Telling’’. One is ‘’PSA’’. PSAs are short, “non-commercial” announcements prepared to provide information to the public . Me and my friend Zeynep used PSA to tell our story. But there are many choices you can choose to tell your story. For example, you can create your own fictional story! Hi everyone again! Today I will talk Padlet.Padlet is a way of creating information source for anyone in the Internet. By means of Padlet you can create your own wall and write down on the wall the information you already have , what you want to know and after you research the topic, you can write what you have learned. This week we created our own Padlet. My groupmates and I made a group work. We talked about ‘Animal Violence’. It is a common problem of our world. The project we have made is a way of enjoyable working. I personally liked to work with my friends about a common problem of our world. What is animal violence?  Hi everyone! Today our discussion topic is ''Wiki''. Wiki is source of information. By means of  ''Wiki'' we can work collaboratively. It is really beneficial for language classroom. Students can practice their English with this invention.         This week, we created our classroom ''Wiki''.  It is a film review. I did this wiki with my friend Melisa.     We decided to review the movie called ''Limitless''.  I highly recommend you to read our review and if you will interested in, you should watch the movie.   Hi everyone! Today we will talk about  ‘’Podcasting’’. Podcasting can be used in various areas.But we will focus on ‘’education-based podcasting’’. We can use podcasts in our class.It can enhance students’ creativity,speaking skills and pronounciations. As an university student I made my own podcast. To be honest, It was really hard for me to do so. Because talking on my own in a really silent atmosphere made me feel weird. But when I began to talk about the topic, It began to go easy.  I think using podcast in the class is quite beneficial. Students can share their ideas about everything in a creative way. They can get used to using technology as well. If I will be a teacher in the future, I am going to use podcast surely. Because, technology involves education more day by day.
