Being A Student In This Century.

Hi everyone! Today we are going to talk about learning in 21st century. As you all know we are in a technological age and students and teachers should keep up with the new innovations.In 21st century teaching techniques are so varied and sophisticated that not only students but also teachers can improve their learning styles by benefitting from that.

There are lots of key subjects to talk about. Firstly, Let’s mention about ‘’Critical Thinking’’.We all need to be critical thinkers to think independently about any topic. Critical thinking provides us to think creatively and brainstorm.By this technique, one can evaluate the other people’s point of views. Secondly, we need to have ‘’Information, Media, and Technology Skills’’. As we are in a technological age, we need to catch up with the innovations. We should be analyzing media without difficulty. On the other hand, we should access and evaluate the information effectively and also we have to use this information accurately and creatively when it is needed to be used.

To sum up, in our century, there are lots of qualifications we must have. You need to improve your teaching and learning techniques according to the key subjects of 21st century. DIFFERENT WAY OF GROUP WORK : PADLET!

Hi everyone again! Today I will talk Padlet.Padlet is a way of creating information source for anyone in the Internet. By means of Padlet you can create your own wall and write down on the wall the information you already have , what you want to know and after you research the topic, you can write what you have learned. This week we created our own Padlet. My groupmates and I made a group work. We talked about ‘Animal Violence’. It is a common problem of our world. The project we have made is a way of enjoyable working. I personally liked to work with my friends about a common problem of our world. What is animal violence? Act of violence against animals are considered as animal cruelty. Unfortunately animal cruelty is in every part of our life. There are lots of experiments which are tested on animals. It is an Info - Graphic!

Hi everyone! It’s me again. Today we are going to talk about ‘’Infographics’’. An infographic (information graphic) is a representation of information in a graphic format designed to make the data easily understandable at a glance. This week we made our ‘’infographic’’. In my opinion, infographics are beneficial for us as it is a way to combine informations. It helped me to talk about web tools I have used so far. In my infografic, I talked about 3 web tools I have used recently – actually this year- . These are, Padlet , Wiki and RSS. I create my infografic with Piktochart . To be honest, it was quite hard to change all the designs but enjoyable. If you are interested in designing something, I think you love this tool and you can use it if you want to create an infographic. Here’s my Infographic. I hope you like it!
